From the first point of contact to the final walkthrough, Shontel and her team were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleaned our entire facility from top to bottom in record time. I highly recommend their services!

I couldn’t be happier with the service this afternoon. Both cleaners were incredibly friendly, professional and reassuring from start to finish, and they did an absolutely excellent job.

They worked incredibly hard and also made what could have been a very stressful and unpleasant situation feel completely manageable, with such a lovely, down-to-earth attitude.

The standard of the cleaning was fantastic, and I’m so relieved to have everything properly cleaned and sanitised. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you both so much!

The team at MK Critical Cleans provided restorative and deep clean services as part of their Community support cleaning. Shontel and Natasha were extremely through and professional. And the results were fantastic. It has been a pleasure being able to partner with them. We would highly recommend Critical Cleans for anyone looking for Cleaning services in Milton Keynes.

This was such an amazing company! The team cannot be beaten on anything. From Shontel- who is super quick in her communications and very clear and informative about what is available and pricing structure- to the ladies who came to Dad's house to clean, everyone was so caring and hardworking. Dad was nervous about having people into his home but they couldn't have been kinder. Everything was discussed with him as to what he wanted and the many hours of really hard scrubbing that were put in have made a HUGE difference. There was no cutting of corners by any of the team and years worth of dust and grime were removed to make the place sparkle. The additional oven cleaning team and carpet cleaning were equally brilliant. Thankyou to everyone who worked so hard for us. Dad is very proud of his house now and we are looking forward to continued maintenance cleans to keep up the standards.

I contacted this company for some support with cleaning and decluttering. Shontel and Kayleigh came over and I was so very anxious about them seeing the mess, but they got stuck right in and helped to clean and sort out the living room, en suite, downstairs toilet and some of the kitchen. I’m now left on a Saturday evening with my lovely clean and clear living room. I can finally relax and my anxiety has gone. I’m definitely wanting these ladies back to sort out more of the house and to keep on top of things. Thank you so much!

Critical Cleans provided cleaning services at our annual Summer Festival. The site was huge, there were a lot of people present and we just didn't see any rubbish anywhere throughout the day. The bins were always empty, there was no rubbish on the floor and they just get on with it in a spectacular way. Couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!

End of tenancy and deep clean completed by Natasha, Sherry and elsa. The ladies worked miracles in my new home, cleaned years of dirt, grease and grime. I would definitely recommend this team- The booking was easy, quoted the works fairly and completed it on time. They also answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Very knowledgeable, will be using for a maintenance cleaning services in the future.
